The powder coating department was custom designed to make use of the latest technologies and to accommodate a large number of needs. The enclosed booth is large enough to handle large items. There are a variety of racks that allow a large number of small parts to be coated in one cycle. The powder coating line also includes a chemical wash and treatment system (capable of up to nine stages) along with an automatically controlled cure oven and dry off tunnel. A great variety of colors are available to choose from. Special packaging is available from design to silk screen printing and packaging.
